The staff, from the caretaker to the manager, were all very friendly. The location was great, just a 5-minute ride to Albufereta Beach. The owner was always in contact, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the views of the garden and swimming pool.

The 11-night stay was very comfortable with convenient location close to a supermarket and a short walk to a shopping center, rooms had double beds.

Beautiful, high-standard place. Friendly and helpful staff. Good-sized, modern apartment with working equipment. Cleaning every 4 days. Late check-in made easy. Pool and palm garden looked beautiful. Loads of tips given by the host. Great for families or couples.

Central location, staff was efficient and thoughtful from the very friendly caretaker to the manager. Enrique made everything for all of us. It was located in a really quiet area in the Alicante area.

Fantastic amenities, including a beautiful pool and gardens. Helpful staff provided great recommendations. Fully equipped kitchen and regular cleaning service. Central air conditioning and a rooftop terrace were luxurious additions. Supermarket and transportation nearby. Perfect for families.

New apartments, nicely fitted out. Comfortable, well equipped, lovely grounds and interesting collection of palms. Well worth it, but remember it is not central and you will need a car. But so much nicer than the usual chain hotel. Very quiet and tranquil area. Very effective aircon.

Corridors do echo noise so you will hear your neighbours coming and going! Garage is difficult for a large car!!

It is new and of very good quality, there isn't much that you can complain about.

There were major works being carried out outside making it very hard to find on the first night, it was like the wild west outside with tons of dust and cement in the air and on the road, this caused a black car to look grey and you would bring all the dirt into the room with you. None of this was the fault of the hotel but I would like to make others aware - I don't know how long the works are going to carry on for.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. Carlos, the host, was responsive and helpful. The garden with palm trees, tree house, trampoline, and playhouse was perfect for our 3-year-old son. The location was great for those traveling by car, with everything within a 10-15 minute drive. Free parking on the street was always available near the gate.

Felt extremely welcome, no complaint.
